We decided to scrap the idea of having multiple colour options for the name tag, and just pick one gender-neutral coloured name tag. We chose to do this because if this event was happening, we would like the attendees to receive the name tag, some stickers and the flyer all together before the event. The idea of the family section was that people would be able to stick stickers of their family members on to the name tag to allow people to have a talking point when they first meet each other.
For the final, we adjusted the road to be a bit less obstructive to allow for a bit more flexibility in the space that people have to write their name and stick the stickers on. The amount of imagery around the top was reduced because the name tag will be quite small and we didn't want it to look so cluttered when it's small, and we wanted the main focus to be the info from the person wearing it.
