Developing the flyer

For interim, we presented the blow 4 section flyer that would be folded to A5 size. There was so much room on here that i think it was too large for a flyer and there was a lot of wasted space. We didn't get much feedback specifically on the design on the flyer, but we did get feedback that they liked the way it folded out and revealed the road.

After interim i started to redesign the flyer to fit the brief (A5 folded to A6) This design fit nicely with all of the information needed, but it took away from the sensation of folding out the road, which everyone seemed to really enjoy and really would appeal to our target audience of children and families.

I added in a third tier and this allowed me to add extra information and a little checklist so that people know what to bring to the event.
The bottom section would be detachable, which would allow people to keep the emergency contact information AND the list of contacts that they met on the day.
The middle section gives information about what to do after the event - tips to stay in contact, and encouragements to start their own events.
The top section goes through the why and what of the event. What will be happening and why are we doing this? it also advises people to bring along some food and encourages a happy, fun attitude.
